Is There a Critical Operations Gap (Perhaps a Fatal Flaw) In Fintech?

Do fintech operations need an overhaul? The move-fast-and-break-things mentality is great, but is it sustainable for the fintechs and their banks? Or will this approach expose a fatal flaw leading to the demise of our much beloved fintech ecosystem? Expect bold positions and intellectual rigor as we look at a very uncomfortable question.
