Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the event, no cancellations will be accepted–only substitutions will be allowed. All requests for substitutions must be received in writing at meetings@nacha.org no later than 5:00 pm ET on May 20, 2022.

Signed up for one event but prefer to attend the other instead? No problem! We’ll make the change for you and refund or invoice you for the difference in registration fees, as applicable. Simply submit your registration transfer request in writing via email to meetings@nacha.org by April 22, 2022.
