Sharing fraud-related information across organizations is essential but challenging. Legal risks, privacy concerns and lack of trust often prevent timely collaboration, especially in a faster payment environment. This session explores how we can build a decentralized trust framework that enables secure, compliant information sharing, without centralizing sensitive data or relying on emerging technologies that have not gained industry-wide adoption. This session will cover legal structures that allow sharing without creating liability, how to organize risk-sharing and data exchanges without a central database and governance models that align stakeholders and ensure accountability.
