As the CFPB prepares to finalize its update on data sharing principles under Dodd Frank 1033; participants in the aggregation industry are working to establish processes to ensure compliance with the regulation; these processes include partnerships and methodologies to help both financial institutions and FinTechs comply with the Open Banking directives to ensure continued secure access by consumers to their financial data, including the ability to share that data across the eco-system. Speakers on this session will discuss an end-to-end solution that provides banks and credit unions of all sizes an “off-the-shelf” compliant platform, including more consumer transparency, insight and control; while also providing Fintechs a manner to acquire data without having to request and store a consumer’s on-line banking credentials.
