Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will not be accepted via telephone and must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed for the amount paid minus a $200 processing fee if the request is received by Thursday, March 12, 2026. NO REFUNDS will be granted after Thursday, March 12, 2026. Please ensure that you are registered at the proper rate and type (e.g. Member/Nonmember, etc.). Requests for refunds due to incorrect rate type will not be honored.

Phishing Advisory  

Always be vigilant and look out for unsolicited spam attempts claiming to provide event-related data. We never sell attendee lists. Any email offering attendee lists is fraudulent. Any other organization offering hotel rooms and claiming to represent Nacha, or the Payments Conference, is not authorized to do so and should be reported via email to [email protected].

*Corporate End User Rate: Registrant must be employed directly by a business, corporate, state/local government, charitable or religious organization, or higher education institution (or enrolled student). The user’s organization originates and/or receives payments as a client of a financial institution or processor/solution provider and does not offer solutions, products or services to enable or support payments as its primary line of business. If you do not see this rate available during the online registration process and you believe you are eligible to receive this rate, please fill out and submit your information via the Corporate Rate Eligibility Form. Nacha reserves the right to determine eligibility.
