Nacha’s voting membership approved new fraud monitoring requirements designed to enhance the security of the ACH Network. The new Rules go into effect in 2026 for Originators, Third-Party Senders, Third-Party Service Providers, ODFIs and RDFIs. Each party is expected to implement fraud monitoring processes and procedures relevant to the role it plays in an ACH transaction. This panel will bring together Originators, Third-Party Senders and financial institutions to discuss their plans, progress and best practices for complying with these Rules. Attendees will leave with a greater understanding of how the new Rules apply to their role in the ACH Network and insight into what others are doing to comply.
