What happens when a customer disputes a payment? The answer is... it depends on the payment type, how and when the dispute is reported, and lots of other factors! In this session, you'll learn best practices for handling disputes for ACH, card, and other transaction types. Attendees will find out who is responsible for fraudulent claims, hear about the latest scams and industry workgroups to fight them, and gain an understanding of how to comply with evolving laws and regulations that govern disputes.
