Third-Party Sender and Third-Party Service Provider relationships are becoming more common in the ACH industry due to the conversion from traditional paper checks to electronic transactions. In our competitive marketplace, third parties are innovating, filling niches, developing new use cases, and creating structures that didn’t exist previously. It is a financial institution’s responsibility to know who they’re partnering with and to understand what that partnership means for both parties.
