It’s a New World! How Does the Updated Payments Landscape Adjust to Fit the New Workforce Dynamic?

The payments industry is undergoing significant change in terms of new products, functionality, and the technological changes.  At the same time, we have five different generations in the working population. As baby boomers begin to retire, there are questions surrounding current product offerings, legacy technologies, and institutional knowledge. This panel will briefly outline the five generations that are present in the current workforce, before taking a more prescriptive perspective into the payments industry, legacy payments, and technologies being used currently and those being considered for the future. Additionally, we’ll discuss how millennials and Gen Z have shaken up the corporate workplace, while also shaping strategies around future adoptions, implementations, and product offerings.
