“Instant Pay-by-Bank” – A Credit Union and Community Bank Perspective

We’ve long had the ability to pay-by-bank using ACH; but now faster payment rails enables “instant pay-by-bank”. What will that mean for credit unions and community banks, and more importantly, their members and customers? How will it work in brick-and-mortar? Online? What will the customer experience be like?
