Consumerization of Business Payments: Adapting to New Expectations
Overview
Companies are continuing to increase their focus on consumer experience in payments transactions. Sixty percent of millennials are now in management positions and are responsible for company operations such as payments. This generation is leading the charge to have access to the same tools in their business lives as they do in their personal/consumer lives, including the digitization of payments and access to information. Speakers in this session review how the expectations shaped by consumer technologies are influencing payment processes and driving the demand for more intuitive, efficient and transparent payment solutions. Attendees will gain insight into the transition towards consumerization of business payments, the benefits it can bring to organizations and how to adapt to this new payment landscape.
