AI in Action: Demystifying and Leveraging AI in the Workplace

It’s no secret that many people have qualms about AI ranging from suspicion to distrust. Speakers in this session explore the mindset towards AI—helping attendees understand the psychological factors that may impact adoption and trust of AI—while offering suggestions on how to address and overcome them. Speakers will focus on practical use during an interactive discussion to brainstorm different uses of AI within financial institutions and payment organizations. Panelists will engage in a live demonstration of ChatGPT and prompt engineering and work with the audience to generate (and refine) an AI Policy Payments Fraud Loss Prevention Strategy or Security Awareness Program using ChatGPT. Attendees will be encouraged to follow along using their individual devices so they can leave with a working knowledge of prompt engineering.
