2021 Group Registration Fees

Receive $200 off the third and subsequent registrants when you register three or more people from the same organization at the same time. Group discounts are available for individuals from Member and U.S. Federal Government organizations only. First two registrants are charged $1,595 each. The third and subsequent registrants are charged $1,395 each.

Payments 2021 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will not be accepted via telephone and must be submitted in writing via email to or fax to (703) 713-1641. Refunds will be processed for the amount paid minus a $200 processing fee if the request is received by Thursday, June 10, 2021. NO REFUNDS will be granted after Thursday, June 10, 2021 unless you are canceling for reasons related to COVID1. Please ensure that you are registered at the proper rate and type (e.g. Member/Nonmember, etc.). No refunds for rate adjustments, due to improper selection of registration type, will be made after Thursday, July 29, 2021.

1Cancellations after June 10, 2021 for reasons related to COVID: If you are canceling your registration for reasons related to COVID, your registration for the Payments in-person event will transfer to our virtual event - Remote Connect - and you will receive a refund for the difference in registration fees. You must provide notice of cancellation by the same means as noted above by August 9, 2021.

Risk-Free Program Exchange Policy
Signed up for one event but prefer to attend the other instead? No problem! We’ll make the change for you and refund or invoice you for the difference in registration fees, as applicable. Simply submit your registration transfer request in writing via email to or fax to (703) 713-1641 by August 9, 2021.

*Corporate End User Rate: Registrant must be employed directly by a business, corporate, state/local government, charitable or religious organization, or higher education institution (or enrolled student). The user’s organization originates and/or receives payments as a client of a financial institution or processor/solution provider and does not offer solutions, products or services to enable or support payments as its primary line of business. If you do not see this rate available during the online registration process and you believe you are eligible to receive this rate, please fill out and submit your information via the Corporate Rate Eligibility Form. Nacha reserves the right to determine eligibility.

**Legal Rate: Registrant may be employed directly with a legal firm or legal counsel for a financial institution. If do not see this rate available during the online process and you believe you are eligible to receive this rate, please fill out and submit your information on the 2021 Attorney Registration Form. This special rate is exclusive for 2021, and you must be registered by June 10, 2021 to enjoy the rate.

***Exhibit Hall Only: Exhibit Hall Only participants may not attend concurrent sessions, the spotlight speaker series or any of the keynotes including the Wednesday Luncheon. In 2021 only, Exhibit Hall Only registrants are permitted to attend educational sessions on Thursday.
