We live in a new world driven by an on-demand digital economy that’s conditioned us to expect instant gratification, reliability and convenience at every financial interaction. But brands have traditionally lagged in joining the on-demand digital economy when it comes to delivering customer rebates and rewards. While brands demand instant gratification from their patrons via mobile or instant payments, they are slow to reciprocate when offering customer rebates. The payment is often in the form of a physical check months after the rebate was initially processed. In this panel session, speakers shed light on how brands can better compensate consumers through payments and rewards to build better, deeper customer relationships.
