The Evolution of Client Authorizations

Nacha implemented numerous rule changes in September 2021 to address technology changes in the marketplace and improve the user experience for ACH end users. Now that these rules are in place, have these changes truly enabled “Meaningful Modernization” for ACH Originators and improved the experience for their customers? This session will showcase changes one Originator made to its authorization processes based on the “Meaningful Modernization” rule changes, achieving significant improvements.
